You know one scary thing about marriage? It’s that even after you tie the knot, your spouse could turn out to be someone completely different from when you were still dating. You’d think you know a person but nowadays, you can’t be so sure anymore. We’ve had a woman who was saddened that her husband was no longer interested in her and another where she confronted her cheating husband at an airport.
This woman, unfortunately, is being poorly treated by her husband who has unrealistic expectations of her. TikTok user @dhaliashah or Dhalia posted viral stories on her account especially ones about women being in a troubled relationships. Her latest story is getting a lot of attention and has gained 1 million views, 58.1k likes and 7.7k comments. The video also made its way to Twitter with 9.3k retweets.

In the viral video, Dhalia shared a story from an anonymous man who opened up about his “troubles” in his marriage. According to the man, he has been married to his wife for 2 years and that they were happy during the first year of their marriage. However, he lost interest in her after she gave birth to their first born.
“She no longer makes effort to take care of her figure and look beautiful for me even though I give her RM50 a month. She can just buy any makeup products to look pretty. I’ve started to lose my temper easily and sometimes consider finding another wife,” he said. Netizens on both TikTok and Twitter gave their thoughts on the whole situation.
Just like Dhalia said in her caption, “May you all find someone who understands your responsibilities in the marriage and is self-aware,” many agreed that the husband was being unreasonable. Some commented that it costs a whole lot more than RM50 to buy makeup and skincare products.
