In case you didn’t know, Dato Sri Siti Nurhaliza is currently on holiday in London with her family. She recently did an Insta Live for her fans while she was getting ready to see Adele live at the BST Hyde Park festival. Although she didn’t get the chance to sing with Adele onstage, fingers crossed that it might happen one day!
The mother-of-two is still enjoying her London trip and took the time to visit a Malaysian restaurant called Halia UK. There’s nothing more exciting than seeing your own people when traveling abroad as it not only feels like a piece of home but it’s also naturally comforting.

Imagine Malaysia’s No.1 singer casually walking into your restaurant. We applaud the owner of Halia UK, Noor Amy Ismail for not fainting (cause we certainly would) when the singer came to dine-in. Not only that, she even helped promote the restaurant too! The business owner posted the ‘girls evening out’ on her Instagram, thanking the 43-year-old for dining in and for the coverage.
“With this kind of influence she has, she’s so nonchalant about it and she just simply passed her phone to me and @ej_adam , “Here, tag your names and your brands“. She even paid for her own meals, guys. Didn’t ask for a free meal or discount. For SMEs owners like us, we can’t be more thankful for this kind of coverage. Thank you so much @ctdk, keep raising your bar and keep inspiring us,” she captioned.
The “Falling In Love” songstress replied to the post saying, “Alhamdulillah, the food was so delicious! Insyaallah will be back again!”. Netizens also left comments on the Halia UK business owner’s post showing their support and freaking out with her. Some even mentioned that they’ve purchased the entrepreneur’s 5Luxe Scents products after Siti posted about them.

To have your idol try out your food and products is simply a dream come true and we’re glad to hear our fellow Malaysians out there are doing well, especially now after a little help from the one and only Siti Nurhaliza.
