Nam Joo Hyuk (남주혁) has recently found himself getting slapped with some nasty allegations! The K-drama heartthrob was recently accused of bullying during his middle and high school days.
According to an exclusive report by The Day News, the rumour was brought to light by an informant, who claimed themselves to be a victim of Joo Hyuk’s bullying for six years. They also showed a photo of their high school yearbook in order to prove their point.

Speaking to the news outlet, the tipper revealed that the “Twenty-Five Twenty-One” star used to hang out with a group of thugs who often bullied other school students The group is said to be consisted of up to 15 students. Among the things Joo Hyuk was accused of include pushing other students, cursing out, and even taking their money. The accuser further claimed that Joo Hyuk assaulted them physically and forced them to run errands for him.
On top of that, the victim also mentioned an incident where they claimed the 28-year-old threw a mechanical pencil at him from the back. They even said that the actor had pulled out their chair as they were trying to sit down. They also stated that there were also other victims who have experienced worse bullying by Joo Hyuk. Some of them have also been receiving psychiatric treatment, and even avoiding watching TV.

Immediately after the school bullying allegations came to light, the agency representing Joo Hyuk, Management SOOP, released their initial statement to address the issue. They said, “We have heard of the article, and we are currently looking into it.”
