Singer Datuk Seri Siti Nurhaliza took to her Instagram to lash out at an online seller for making use of several photos of her with her husband for promotional purposes.
The legendary singer uploaded screenshots of the seller’s post on Facebook, claiming that her husband, Datuk Seri Khalid Mohamad Jiwa (or Datuk K), had used their shampoo products to cure his hair loss problem.

“When I keep quiet, the more such businesses that neither my husband nor I are involved in make these claims. Photos of me and my husband were featured in this ad, and even used as a testimony. I’ve been dealing with this countless of times, my advice is, do your business the right way, and don’t take advantage of other people.
“To those who have seen or bought into such advertisements, I would like to clarify that my husband and I have nothing to do with such products,” she added in her post. The “Kau Kekasihku” songstress then ended her statement by asking her followers to be more aware of these scammers.

As noted by TokTi herself, this isn’t the first time she became entangled in issues of frauds and scams. In January last year, the “Anugerah Juara Lagu” winner warned her fans against fake social media accounts using her photos and name to scam others.
“To the owner of the account, please delete this. (To my followers) Please don’t be fooled, I only have one official account, that is @ctdk,” she wrote in her post.
