A tweet advertising a job vacancy at the UNIQLO Fahrenheit Bukit Bintang branch went viral on Twitter. In the tweet, the user, @mohdhafizal, also included the details of the employee’s benefits and hiring requirements to become UNIQLO’s full-time employee.
Uploaded a few days ago, the tweet raked more than three thousand retweets and likes before the user took it down. In addition, the user attached the original advertising poster from Uniqlo in the subsequent tweet (which was also deleted).

Other Twitter users bombarded the viral tweet to express their interest in applying for the Japanese casual wear designer brand. The hourly pay and overtime rate also contributed to the advertisement’s attention. According to the poster, the brand organises UNIQLO Manager Candidate program for employees to polish their retail skills and qualify for the Store Manager position.
“Our goal is to create a generation of global leaders prepared for a new world,” according to Uniqlo’s official website. They added, “You will be exposed to the on-the-job education that accelerates you towards business management roles and P&L responsibility, thus accelerating the development of your management skills. Not only will you experience accelerated growth, but you will be a part of a company that is committed to making the world a better place.”

You can go to UNIQLO’s official website for more information and to stay notified of the program offered.
