Adibah Noor has got people talking since yesterday (Wednesday, 8th June), after she uploaded a new photo of herself, which was taken during an event, on Instagram. Fans couldn’t help but notice the significant difference in the powerhouse vocalist’s physique as seen in the social media posting.
The singer appeared in an interview with mStar recently, where she talked about her recent weight loss journey. Understandably, Adibah refused to discuss specific details on her current weight, as well as how much weight she managed to shed over the last couple of months.
“Due to my (increasing) age, I believe It is time for me to take a good care of my health. Back then, I could eat up to three packs of nasi lemak. But now, I only eat one pack. It was difficult at first, but I’m currently getting the hand of it. I also practice doing light exercises every morning by walking around my housing area,” the former “Gegar Vaganza” contestant dished.
During the chat with the local entertainment site, Adibah also talked about her diet plans to maintain her current weight. “I avoid drinking sweetened beverages,” the “Terlalu Istimewa” singer revealed. “Additionally, I also limit myself to six mouthfuls of each meal. Apart from that, I also don’t take processed food. For instance, if I buy a burger by the roadside, I will look for homemade patties only.”
At the same time, Adibah also said that she will only go for freshly-cooked meals. “I will avoid processed and also canned foods,” the award-winning entertainer was quoted as saying.
