Actress Sharifah Sakinah has recently shared her plans on expanding her family after officially tying the knot with her Swedish beau earlier this year.
During a recent interview with the press, the local celeb revealed that she and her husband, Michael Hansen, have already discussed extensively about welcoming another member into their small family.
“I’ve been receiving tons of questions, asking on whether I have plans for baby number two. (They said) if you have a child (with my current husband), the baby would be cute and pretty. As if my first daughter is not pretty enough? She’s beautiful in her own way. So, I just respond with a smile whenever I’m asked that question, because I understand and respect our culture. Of course, my husband and I have our own plans,” the “Aku Yang Kau Gelar Isteri” actress said.
At the same time, Sakinah also said that there are a lot of things to consider, especially when it comes to conceiving a child that would be of mixed race heritage. According to the 33-year-old, “Our main focus now is on raising and providing the best education for our kid. There are a lot of things to evaluate before making the decision to expand our family.”
For those who don’t know, Sakinah was previously married to Alif Adha Jamil back on 28th March 2015. Their marriage didn’t last long, as the duo officially got divorced sometime around May 2020. They have one child together, Anais Adha, who recently turned 5 on 24th May.
