Element Kuala Lumpur is collaborating with Boom Grow to introduce the new buffet line ‘Flavors at 40 Lunch and Dinner Buffet’ menu. Located at Element Kuala Lumpur hotel restaurant TRACE Restaurant and Bar, it aims to introduce its guests to a farm-to-table dining concept. The menu will consist of a healthier selection in both its ala carte and buffet menu.
The hotel and smart farm have also launched “The Green Chow Down,” a campaign geared at embracing creativity while serving health-conscious and wellness-focused menus. Diners can assemble their own Poke Bowl and check out the live-pasta station with a selection of condiments such as cherry tomato, cucumber, purple cabbage, and so many more, using greens harvested from Boom Grow’s “Seriously Great Greens” in Kuala Lumpur and local source Cameron Highland.
Diners can look out for dishes like Chinese Style Double Boiled Soup with Herb and Fungus, Slow Roasted Herb Mutton, and Braised Mock Chicken with Mushroom to name a few. Crowd favourites such as Char Kway Teow, TRACE Signature Pizza, Curry Laksa, and assorted Grilled Western will also be available at the buffet.
The sustainable menu will also be offered at the restaurant, consisting of an appetizer, two main courses, one soup, and one dessert. Protein-centric can explore the perfect choice of dish for them, with the Charcoal Herb Crusted Free Range Chicken with Green Peas Puree, Caramelised Carrot Sticks, and Buttered Peas. For the sweet tooth, up for a pleasant surprise with the Pahang Banana Chocolate Cake that serves with local coconut flavoured ice cream and Cameron Highlands strawberries.
The ‘Flavors at 40 Lunch and Dinner Buffet’ is inspired by its location, the 40th floor of Element Kuala Lumpur and the skyline view it offers to dine-in guests. The buffet will kick start on the 3rd June 2022. Details here:
