YouTuber and influencer Qiu Wen (秋雯) may just be one of the more mature local influencers. She’s been through a lot since last year. Such as being tangled up in YBB’s scandal and sharing her achievements like her first house, and her dream car.
Recently, Qiu Wen’s been keen on sharing her thoughts and worldly wisdom with her followers. Today (15th April) saw another slew of advice.

Qiu Wen usually posts her thoughts on either 小红书 (small red book) or Instagram. Today, she uploaded her advice on her Instagram Story. Qiu Wen reminded her fans to be careful of others, even those who profess to have a relationship with her. “Also, beware of those who keep touting how good and powerful they are,” the 25-year-old warned. “(They) will use a lot of famous brands or like to shop at famous brands to (laud) themselves.”
Qiu Wen added that people still had faults, no matter how good they seemed. “Hope you don’t get deceived or fall victim (to such people),” she said. According to the influencer, one way to know if a person’s good character is genuine is by seeing the people around them. “If a person is good, everyone around them will (praise) them,” she said. However, if they were in the habit of praising themselves, it could be a bad sign.

The 25-year-old staunchly believes people should not sympathise and love blindly. “(You can) give the wrong person unlimited power,” she said. Qiu Wen’s last piece of advice to people was to work hard. “People who cheat others out of money can still live happily. But those who get cheated can only continue in dire straits,” she wrote. But that doesn’t always last. As such, Qiu Wen reminded people that nothing was easy in the world. “The harder you work, the luckier you get,” she stated. “Your financial resources must (match) your strength, otherwise everything will be in vain.”

Well, we can agree that Qiu Wen hasn’t had the easiest of lives. Her thoughts and advice which she shares comes from her experience. It’s certainly well-worn advice!
