Whether you’re ordering food or groceries, you have the option on your Grab app to request for something specific by leaving a note for the rider. Some requests are simple instructions such as “leave the items by the door” or “call this number once you’ve arrived”.
But some instructions can be confusing, strange and maybe somewhat worrying like this Grab rider who recently got an “emergency” note from the customer requesting the rider to deliver the items to their door.

Uploaded on TikTok by user @d4ddy55, the video shows the user who is a Grab rider receiving instructions from a customer who ordered bath towels from HeroMarket. The instruction reads, “Can you send them (the towels) to my door? I have an emergency that I really need them (for)”.
The TikTok video has since gone viral with over 444.7k views, 38.5k likes and 844 comments and netizens are having a little too much fun guessing something interesting might have happened to the rider after the video was posted.
Some netizens commented that the rider might have had his “happy ending” with the customer. Others are genuinely asking for part 2 as they’re curious about what happened next. Some also joked about, warning the rider to look out for hidden cameras in the apartment.
Being a Grab rider is definitely not easy especially since they might receive orders like this. So far, there has been no further updates by the Grab rider on what happened next but that definitely did not stop netizens from guessing. Whatever happened to the rider, let’s hope that he’s safe and healthy.
