Being in the food delivery business is not an easy job. There will be long and exhausting days going from one location to another and sometimes you’d have to deal with some very unpleasant customers as well. Work like that can be physically and mentally draining.

But some days, you can always count on that one person to make you feel better after a long day of work. Take this Foodpanda rider for example, who got a nice surprise when the customer he was delivering food to turned out to be his own wife.

TikTok user that goes by the username @amalee87 posted a video on his profile showing him delivering food to his own house because as it turns out his wife was the one who made the order. The video has since gone viral with 1.2 million views, 101.2k likes and 2,642 comments at the time this article was written.

In the video, the foodpanda rider parked his motorcycle outside of his house and did the #EarthDefenseForceChallenge while entering the gates. No mention of who was recording the video. Netizens reacted to the funny video commenting that this was his wife’s way of calling her husband to come home.

One user commented wishing they could have this experience saying, “Never had my own husband sending me my foodpanda order”. Another user commented how cute it was for the wife to receive her order from her husband.

The foodpanda rider posted a follow up video after his first one went viral. The second video shows the original video along with news articles showing just how viral it went. “Wife’s order video went viral with 1.2M views🤪 Thank you everyone for your kind prayers”, he said in his caption.

If you have family members or friends in the food delivery business, perhaps one day this will happen to you too. Just keep trying until you got the one you’re looking for to deliver your order.
