Going to pubs to have a beer with friends has never been such a luxury, especially after two years of muted celebrations stuck at home. Now, with everything opening up again (including our borders!), we’re all rushing to celebrate anything and everything under the sun.
Well, in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day recently, Guinness decided to honour the occasion by holding their very own Guinness St. Patrick’s Day Festival at SOULed Out KL! And, luckily for us, we had the chance to attend and have some beers with our friends.
Having A Beer And Good Food With Friends
To start things off, being able to have a good beer with our coworkers after a long day of work was greatly appreciated. Paired with SOULed Out KL’s unique Guinness-infused bites and brews, the night was one complete with laughs and good times.
We were happy to get a taste of their specially curated Guinness-infused menu. In particular, their Guinness beef stew and Guinness battered fish and chips went perfectly well with the pints of beer in our hands.
Fun Activities And Even Better Prizes
Alongside great food and great beer, the festival was packed with entertainment and fun activities. For one, the event was filled with various chances to win free prizes such as Guinness t-shirts! A large Guinness pint mascot was also parading around the restaurant bringing joy to all the tables it visited.
Not only that, but friends in large groups were also invited to use the Guinness St. Patrick’s AR fiter and partake in their giveaway to win attractive prizes. Among their gifts, their GRAND PRIZE includes a best friends’ getaway trip for four friends at OneAndOnly Desaru Coast worth RM30,000!
Of course, we tried our hands at the selfie challenge as well (fingers crossed!). But in other news, we were also given a free hat! It was large and comical, perfect for a night of drunken adventures and carefree conversations.
Overall, the event was one that was filled with good beer and even better company. Here’s to more nights out and Guinness pints in the future!
