If you have been wondering how some outfits can look so good on one person, the answer could be that it’s simply specially made for them. Sometimes, designers design an outfit with a specific person in mind and that’s what makes the outfit all the more special and beautiful.
Not everyone has the opportunity to design for and style someone as famous as a Miss World winner but this team of people got netizens talking about the outfit that was worn by Miss World Malaysia 2021 winner, Doctor Lavanya Sivaji.
Doctor Lavanya Sivaji recently posted photos of herself rocking a custom-designed Kebaya-inspired outfit for her indoor judging duties for this year’s Miss World. The caption on the post reads, “Completed my Indoor judging for Miss World today and it was truly a memorable experience talking to wonderful people ❤️ . The Miss World finals is happening in 2 days ! 🌎🇲🇾”
The Miss World Malaysia 2021 winner also thanked and gave credit to the team of people for designing the outfit and doing her hair and makeup for the set of photos she posted. The Kebaya-inspired outfit is designed by AMAZÉ, a Bridal & Made-to-Measure Designer and it caught the attention of netizens on Instagram.
Most of the comments are mostly Heart and Heart-eyes emojis as these Instagram users simply cannot find the words to describe their feelings and reactions to the photos. Meanwhile, others commented how amazing Doctor Lavanya looked in the beautifully designed outfit.
AMAZÉ also posted on their Instagram of the doctor/beauty pageant winner posing in the outfit they designed along with some behind-the-scenes photos of the team after the photoshoot.
The designer gives a detailed description of the Kebaya-inspired outfit in their caption saying, “The top half is inspired by the style of a Kebaya with a swirling peplum on the back. Matched with tights as well as matching shoes. Classic brooch complements the style.”
For your information, the final stage of the Miss World beauty pageant previously had to be postponed due to a Covid-19 outbreak among the contestants and crew members. The competition will soon resume its final stage this week in Puerto Rico.
