There’s no doubt that Nur Sajat is living her best life since moving down under and isn’t looking back. In fact, she often holds Instagram Live sessions to update fans on the latest happenings about her life in Sydney, Australia.
However, being a public figure comes with a price as the cosmetics entrepreneur can’t seem to shake away hate comments and backlash from some bitter nitpickers out there. This time around, someone accused her of undergoing plastic surgery.
Earlier today (Friday, 7th January), Sajat posted a screenshot of a comment left by an Instagram user on IG Story. The user in question, @nadhrah.mohdkhairulnizam, wrote, “I’m not condemning, but everyone knows that you have a nice body because you underwent cosmetic surgery. Still, people choose to buy your products. Just look at Kim K, she’s still pretty despite going under the knife.”
The queer personality was clearly not having any of it with the female netizen’s snarky remark. She replied, “This clearly shows how Malays usually conduct their business, they like to bring other people down. When it comes to gossiping, you have no manners at all.”
She added by saying, “I scrolled through your IG, it turns out that you’re also selling ‘nasi dagang’ overseas. However, it appears that your way of thinking and commenting didn’t bring any good energy at all. It’s just that, (what if) I talk bad about your business and ask people to not buy the ‘nasi dagang’ you’re selling, because it’s pricey, unsavoury etc. When it’s the other way around, how would you feel about it?? Naturally, you’ll feel upset.”

“Sis, don’t just simply make accusations!! Your modest image doesn’t suit your foul-mouthed attitude,” Sajat clapped back at the netizen (Oh the shade). “Everything that you pointed out in your comment, I’ll just let it slide. I understand that this is also part of the entrepreneurial culture. Do realise that you’ll also feel down when people badmouth you.”
The 36-year-old businesswoman then concluded her remark by thanking the netizen for her sincere comment. “I wish you all the luck and success with your ‘nasi dagang’ business,” Sajat wrote. Not only that, she even accompanied her IG Story post with Alicia Keys’ empowering song “Girl On Fire” playing in the background.
How would you respond if you were in Sajat’s place?
