After two years in the local showbiz, rising female rapper Bunga Isme excitedly revealed to her fans that she’s finally able to purchase her very own house at the age of 21!
According to Bunga (real name Noor Ayu Fatini Mohd. Bakhari), the condominium unit located in Hulu Langat, Selangor was purchased by her as a special gift to her mom.
“Alhamdulillah, I’m grateful to God. My dream of owning my first home has finally come true. Since I started my career, I really wanted to have my own house. This house is also a gift to my mother,” the young artiste revealed to mStar.
“In the past, we used to move around a lot because my mother and father often changed their work locations. So, the new house, which is expected to be completed in a few years, will be our permanent residence. Plus, my mom is already old. That’s why I want to have my own house where she can live with me, so I can take care of her and my family,” Bunga further added.
Bunga also shared that prior to buying the condo, she made initial preparations such as managing her finances well as well as getting referrals from experts. “Since last year, I’ve asked several people about buying a house, I’ve also searched some useful tips and infos on Google. Purchasing a house is not easy, you have to manage money well, I started saving and making deductions every month,” she said.
In a separate interview with Kosmo, the “Intan Payung” hit-maker also talked about how her parents reacted after they were informed about the delightful news. “My parents know me as someone who likes to spend my money frivolously, but when I informed them (about purchasing a condo), they were shocked but they are also proud,” Bunga told the publication.
She continued, “Which parent won’t be proud if their child manages to buy their own assets at a young age? This is all thanks to their prayers and this little achievement is specially for my parents who raised me well.”
As revealed by the celeb herself, her new residence in Hulu Langat is estimated to cost around RM300,000, and is expected to be completed by the year 2023. Major congrats to Bunga on her recent achievement!
