The parcel delivery service, J&T Express, has recently made news once again over an issue regarding parcels being opened and damaged by their staff. Among those who had their parcel rummaged is singer Shila Amzah.
The 31-year-old singer-songwriter took to her social media accounts to state her disappointment over the irresponsible behaviour of the J&T staff.
“I bought this for my son through Shopee but I noticed that it has been opened. There is also a free gift, an Apollo inside, not that it was important or anything, but why has it been opened though? Why do you need to open other people’s parcels and eat the chocolate cake and leave the plastic in there?” wrote Shila on her Instagram stories.
“My parcel was opened by J&T. I mean, it was not that expensive but imagine if there were a proper tablet inside. They even ate the free gift and left the plastic waste inside. Don’t open other people’s parcels, dear J&T people,” she wrote on Twitter.

Shila, who used the delivery service from J&T Express Malaysia to send the parcel, demands the delivery company to provide an explanation over the unjustifiable act.
J&T Express Malaysia has yet to address the complaint.
