14th February is coming up, and love is in the air. For some, it seems there is too much love.
Many people are making use of various services to send Valentine Day gifts, like cakes. One customer in particular asked a bakery to send a cake… to his five girlfriends.
Pandora Cakes posted the chat as a #ValentineMeme. The chat shows the customer ordering a mango flavoured vegan cake. He included a sweet sounding message, partially blocked out in the released screenshot. When the bakery asked for an address, the customer asked them to wait.
Apparently, 5 similar cakes needed to be sent out to 5 different addresses. The customer had apparently done this before because he said, “This delivery list is different from last time. Two of them are new.”
“(During) MCO, you don’t have to worry about separating from your girlfriends. We will help you get the cake to their hands without a doubt,” the bakery commented as a joke. The post spread like wildfire, generating 1K likes and 4.6K shares.
Netizens were quick to comment on the customer’s ‘playboy’ activities.
While some were in awe of the guy’s ‘abilities’, a few were concerned about how it would reflect on the business. One comment in particular asked if their ‘long time’ customer would return after that. The bakery replied smartly that they wouldn’t snitch on the commentator.
Hopefully you have only ONE special person in mind this Valentine…
