Noor Kartini Noor Mohamed is putting an end to her “Daging Harimau Menangis” trademark drama once and for all!
The mother to popular celebrity Neelofa has decided to cancel the trademark application for the product after facing tons of backlash from the public.
In an exclusive virtual interview held yesterday (Thursday, 14th January), Kartini informed that she will withdraw the application “very soon”. “I decided to cancel the ‘trademark’ application for the name ‘Harimau Menangis’ as soon as possible. My initial purpose in applying for this trademark was to protect my business brand and also our sales agent from the problem of counterfeit products,” the entrepreneur explained.
During the session, Kartini also apologised and clarified that she didn’t have any intention to get in the way of anyone making a living. “I believe that all of our blessings and sustenance come from God. Hopefully, the issue is now resolved and will not be prolonged,” she concluded the session.
