A dining place located in Penang has gained worldwide attention after it was mentioned by Snoop Dogg. Yep, you heard that right, it’s THE Snoop Dogg!
The international rapper posted a photo of the café, which has a splendidly unique and creative chair and table arrangement on his Instagram page earlier this week.
Without providing any specific details on the restaurant, the social media post is only accompanied with a quote that reads, “When the restaurant is small, but the owner is creative,” praising the cafe’s founder for thinking out of the box. At the time of writing (Wednesday, 23rd December), the IG post by Snoop Dogg has gained over 100k likes online .
If you have been following many local foodies out there on social media, you’ll probably come across this place. The western food stall, known as Café Takdak Nama (literally translated as Café With No Name), is well known for its unique table and chair layout, as compared to other restaurants and eateries in Penang.

The founder and also the head chef of Café Takdak Nama, Radzi Md. Noor, took to his personal Instagram account, @mamakkwangsoo, to share his excitement after he found out about the free publicity given to his restaurant .
