Roaming around Shopee for too long could prompt you to find questionable items on the site that you wouldn’t expect anyone to buy.

That’s not the case with one seller who used the e-commerce platform to sell McDonald’s sauce sachets (Chili, tomato, etc), and people are actually buying it!

To our surprise, over 800 sachets have been sold through the Shopee platform, namely “Office_STE.my”, which has a rating of 4.9 stars. Who would’ve known that a lot of people would find McD’s sauces to be their go-to condiments?

The price range for these condiments are between RM0.20 to RM0.45, with the chili sauce being the most expensive option. The other options include McD’s tomato sauce sachets which are being sold at RM0.20 to RM0.25 each (depending on the expiry date), while McD’s ground black pepper sachet is sold at RM0.20 each.

The shop mentioned in its description that they won’t be selling in bulk, and customers would have to contact them before making a purchase. Moreover, the product page currently shows a 5-star rating from 12 buyers, proving that it’s probably legit.

According to the reviews, it seems that most customers are satisfied with the sachets they purchased. Out of the 12 customers, only 4 of them left their opinion in the comments sections. Nevertheless, they only had good things to say.

While browsing through the shop’s catalogue, we found that they are also selling other McD products such as McD’s dipping sauces (BBQ, Sweet & Sour), McD’s VIP Drive-Thru sticker and Happy Meal toys. Hmm, we can’t help but wonder if the seller had hoarded all these items at one point.
