The pandemic might’ve restricted social events and gatherings but it couldn’t stop the ever-growing hype of streetwear.
Good news for all “hypebeast” alike, Japanese fashion brand BAPE (A Bathing Ape) officially launched its first store in Malaysia yesterday (Sunday, 27th September).

Previously, fans of the Japanese line wanting to shop at the official store must travel to Singapore or Japan. That’s no longer the case, following the streetwear brand’s official announcement on the opening of “BAPE STORE® MALAYSIA” in Suria KLCC.
As per EdgeProp, the outlet will be accompanied with its own F&B joint. Namely BAPE Cafe, it will be the first one of its kind in the whole world. YES! You read that right, the unique cafe will be making its debut in our own city, Kuala Lumpur.

It’s located alongside the streetwear outlet and you can head straight there after copping some new “drip.” How else would you spend your after-shopping hours, if not by getting coffee or a light snack to refuel yourself.
“BAPE STORE® MALAYSIA” will operate Monday to Sunday (10am to 10pm). To find out more, head over to their official website.
