Gone but never forgotten. Chadwick Boseman passed away on the 28th of August after a 4-year battle with colon cancer.
The death of the “Black Panther” movie star has left a gaping hole in the hearts of his family, friends and fans. The late actor’s death was mourned by millions and now, his closest and dearest gathered in Malibu, California to commemorate his life.

The Sun reported that his family and fellow “Black Panther” colleagues, including wife Taylor Simone Ledward, Lupita Nyong’o and Michael B. Jordon, gathered together at a venue which overlooked the ocean. The memorial service featured a table with the late actor’s photographs and flowers, while a hang drum played in the background.
Although the images will surely make some emotional, it’s wonderful to see so many of the late actor’s loved ones show up to honour him in such a sweet way. The fact that the ceremony took place on such a gorgeous and serene-looking day also made it special.

Chadwick is said to have kept his battle against cancer a secret from the public as he felt that he would eventually beat it. His representatives confirmed he spent the past four years working tirelessly as a brilliant actor while simultaneously battling the illness with surgeries and chemotherapy.
Micheal B. Jordon publicly addressed his friends death a few days before the memorial service on his social media profile, which stated, “I wish we had more time.” The actor and producer went onto write, “I’m gonna miss your honesty, your generosity, your sense of humour, and incredible gifts. I’ll miss the gift of sharing space with you in scenes. I’m dedicating the rest of my days to live the way you did. With grace, courage, and no regrets. “Is this your king!?” Yes . he . is!”

Chadwick Boseman has touched the lives of many, and as his family and friends say their last goodbyes to him in Malibu, his fans from all over the world bow their heads in solemn respect and pray for the actor to Rest In Power.
