Syed Saddiq is one of the more popular politicians in Malaysia in recent years due to his good looks and intelligence.
It doesn’t come as a surprise then that he has been getting a lot female attention ever since he became the Youth and Sports minister. There was even an episode of someone cat-fishing on Tinder by using his picture!
Last week, a University student named Alena Nadia wrote a lengthy message (a “fake cover letter”, she calls it) titled “Wife Vacancy” to Syed Saddiq. In it, she pointed out her winning qualities that would make her a suitable candidate as his beau.
“At the risk of being outed as frivolous, I’m posting this fake cover letter I wrote at the request of @nonorararamama who wondered if @SyedSaddiq’s constituency office often deals with cover (read: love) letters from his fans. So, enjoy this by-product of my MCO madness,” she captioned the post.

To her surprise (or may be not), the 27-year-old retweeted the post with 3 laughing emojis along with the reply saying, “I should send this to my mum“. The retweet has since gotten 2.7k retweets and 6.8k likes, with some asking if there are 4 vacancies available.
Have we heard a reply from mum yet?
