Yuna has finally broken her silence in regards to the recent sad news of her brother-in-law, Ashraf Sinclair‘s passing.

A day after his funeral took place, the 34-year-old took to Twitter, thanking everyone for their prayers and condolences. The singer posted a photo of her husband Adam, along with sister Aishah and parents holding a portrait of the late star.

“Thank you everyone for your messages. We miss Ashraf terribly. Alhamdulillah Adam and I are now in Jakarta with our family. In loving memory Ashraf Sinclair (18th September 1979 – 18th February 2020),” she wrote.

Most recently, the “Penakut” hit maker uploaded a throwback photo of her wedding day on her Instagram. The late Ashraf was pictured dancing gracefully with his wife, Bunga Citra Lestari beside the lovely couple. She accompanied the post with a lengthy poetic caption to pay her sincere tribute to her eldest brother-in-law.

The global songstress also posted photos of some sweet moments featuring the “Renjis” actor on her Instagram story. If you’re ready to weep with us, feel free to check out her heartfelt posts below:
