Super Junior To Bring Super 8 Show Tour To Malaysia In March

StarPlanet (星艺娱乐) dropped a teaser a few days ago, asking fans to stay tuned for a major announcement.

“Stay tuned to another SUPER great news from us! These TIMELESS legends are definitely NOT SOMEONE NEW to the GAME!” the concert organiser wrote.

The key words – “Super”, “Timeless”, and “Someone New” – were big enough clues for K-pop fans to guess which major K-pop act StarPlanet was referring to. The majority of the answers in the comments section were, of course, Super Junior (슈퍼주니어).

Super Junior kicked off their 5th world concert tour “Super Show 8: Infinite Time” in October last year. They have since performed in Japan, Thailand, and Philippines. In case you didn’t know, the “Super Show 8” marks Kyuhyun’s comeback, after fulfilling his 2-year mandatory military service. Sadly, Heechul is sitting this tour out due health conditions.

It’s been a long time coming but local ELFs (Ever Lasting Friend) are finally ready to welcome SuJu back to our local shores.

Right now we’re still waiting for the official confirmation but word on the street has it that  Super Junior members – Leeteuk, Siwon, Eunhyuk, Yesung, Ryeowook, Shindong,  Donghae, and Kyuhyun – will be performing at Axiata Arena, Bukit Jalil, on 1st March 2020.

Brought to you by StarPlanet, the details to Super Junior’s “Super Show 8: Infinite Time” are as follows:

  • Date: 1st March 2020 (Sunday)
  • Venue: Axiata Arena, Bukit Jalil
  • Time: 5pm
  • Ticketing: RM798 (Rock zone), RM748 (CAT 1), RM588 (CAT 2), RM488 (CAT 3), RM388 (CAT 4), RM268 (CAT 5)
