If you ask us, there’s nothing we love more than sinking our teeth into a luxuriously creamy piece of tart. There’s something about the amalgamation of the smooth custardy filling and buttery crust that makes us feel like we’re #winning, even if it has been a pretty bumpy day.

Lately, we’ve been feeling like we’re in need of a little luck. And since Anchor Dairy is commemorating its 133rd year of bringing #TrustedGoodness into our homes and tastebuds, we set out to try 7 of the most “legendairy” tarts we could get our hands on:

1. Harold’s Bread‘s Blueberry Cheese Tart

If you’re a fan of tarts that’s got a combination of sweet with a tangy but rich flavours, look no further than a good old blueberry cheese tart. Get yours at any Harold’s Bread outlets today!

2. The Baker’s Cottage‘s Macau Egg Tart

We are very fond of The Baker’s Cottage for too many reasons to list, but one of the main reasons will always be their Macau Egg Tart. Made with a newly improved recipe, The Baker’s Cottage’s Macau Egg Tarts are creamier, richer and better than ever.

3.Β Tea Garden Malaysia‘s Portugese Egg Tart

If you’re an egg tart fiend like us, we hope you’re into Portuguese egg tarts. And if you haven’t tried the Portuguese Egg Tarts from Tea Garden Malaysia, we hope you make your way over to have a moment with this sweetheart who’s a little flaky and blistered around the edges and top, but ultimately holds a creamy custard centre.

4. The Rotiman Bakery‘s Hanjyuku Cheese Tart

If there’s one word we’d use to describe The Rotiman Bakery’s Hanjyuku cheese tart, it’d be “comforting”. The Hanjyuku cheese tart at The Rotiman Bakery oozes a good solid, buttery crust and an oozy cheesy centre that spills over into your mouth when you take a big bite.

5. Grainloaf‘s Cheese Tart

The cheese tart at Grainloaf is perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up. Creamy and indulgent with a sturdy shell that helps contain the custardy cheese filling in, it really is no wonder that everyone loves these tarts!

6. Hot Cross Buns‘ Lava Cheese TartΒ

We’re obsessed with this creamy goodness that is the Lava Cheese Tart at Hot Cross Buns Cafe & Bakery! The combination of the tart’s buttery crust and smooth jiggly centre is always a delight to our senses.

7. Happy Angel’s Karui Chizu Tart

We particularly love the Karui Chizu Tart for two reasons – the melt-in-your-mouth shortbread-esque crust and the smooth molten centre that’s got a subtle hint of saltiness to balance out the flavours. Get yours today at Happy Angel’s Cake House!
