Hong Kong singer and actress Karen Mok (莫文蔚) will be including Malaysia in her final concert tour, The Ultimate Karen Mok Show, which is meant to celebrate her 25th anniversary in the entertainment business and mark her final concert tour.
During Singapore leg on 15th June, organisers have confirmed that Mok will be coming to Malaysia for the first time in November 2019. But since this is her last concert tour, it will also be her last time in the country.
Details on the Malaysia leg concert has yet to be finalised, but it has been confirmed that the official organiser for the show would be Star Planet, the same organiser who brings big Chinese stars like Andy Lau, Wang Leehom, Jacky Cheung and more.
Though this would be Mok’s first and final concert in Malaysia, it is not the 49-year-old first visit in the country. The Golden Melody Award-winning singer was here in Malaysia back in 2013 to promote her very first English, as well as very first jazz album titled “Somewhere I Belong.”

The singer reportedly came to Malaysia several times during her holiday because she love the local food and durian here, In 2017, she was spotted in Penang with her friends for a gathering.
Earlier in June, Mok told Star2 that she wants to venture into the into the world of musicals and theatre when she goes into the second half of her career after her tour ends.

“I find that it’s the most challenging of all performing arts. In a musical, you have to sing, dance and act live and do it every night. That’s quite tough,” she said as quoted.
“For our industry, I feel we really should have our own form of Chinese musical theatre, just like how London has West End and New York has Broadway. I hope to do something to make this happen one day,” she added
