If you’re a frequent Grab user, chances are, you may have noticed the absence of the GrabShare option.
Has GrabShare disappear altogether now? We reached out to the ride-hailing company and got some answers.
“Please take note that the new GrabShare service type will be activated between 4 pm to 12 am daily. Sorry,” Grab Malaysia was quoted as saying. When other passengers started enquiring about GrabShare, the firm replied, “GrabShare service has been disabled for time being for improvement purposes“.
In case you don’t know, Grab has been scaling down the GrabShare service since last week, beginning from 8th April onwards. “We understand that this might cause some inconvenience to you. However, this decision is found best for all our drivers and passengers,” Grab exclusively told Hype.
