Sabah-born indie novelist Nazri Noor has recently topped the list of multiple bestseller categories across several Amazon’s online Kindle stores.
According to the Phil Star Global, his “Darkling Mage” series held the No. 1 positions in Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom.

The 35-year-old California-based author is of Malaysian and Filipino descent and is the son of former Berjaya Minister Datuk Mohd Noor Mansor.
His “Darkling Mage” series features wise-cracking heroes in supernatural situations similar to dark fantasy TV series “Supernatural” but with Asian influence.
Some of his urban fantasy novels include “Shadow Magic”, “Midnight’s Son”, “Oblivion Heart”, “Grave Intentions”, “Dark Harvest”, and “Penumbra”.
The books focus on main character Dustin Graves who uses his wits and magical talents to solve mysteries and save the day.
Nazri’s influences are from HP Lovecraft, Anne Rice, George R.R. Martin, Chuck Palahniuk, Terry Pratchett, and Neil Gaiman.
