The legal battle between Kesha and Dr. Luke continues to escalate.

According to new court documents, it is revealed that the music producer (real name Lukasz Gottwald) not only raped “Rainbow” singer but also another female artist. That other famous singer is Katy Perry.

This latest revelation was sourced from Dr. Luke’s filing, where Kesha spilled the beans to Lady Gaga in at least 1 text message. The document reads:

On 26 Feb, 2016, (Kesha) sent a text message to Stefani Germanotta p/k/a Lady Gaga which repeated (Kesha’s) false claim that Gottwald had raped her… In this text message, (Kesha) also falsely asserted that Gottwald had also raped Kathryn Hudson p/k/a Katy Perry… Following this text message conversation, and with (Kesha’s) encouragement, Ms. Germanotta spread negative messages about Gottwald in the press and on social media. For example, in February 2016, Ms. Germanotta posted multiple articles discussing defendant defamatory statements on her Twitter page.”

Dr. Luke’s legal team has since issued a statement, denying Kesha’s claim in regards to Perry. “Katy Perry herself confirmed that Dr. Luke did not rape her. Kesha’s accusation to the contrary — just like her other outrageous lies about Dr. Luke – is baseless and irresponsible, and it is disrespectful to both Katy Perry and Dr. Luke,” the statement reads.

Perry, who no longer works with Dr. Luke, previously revealed that “I had to leave the nest”. Dr. Luke had worked with Perry on a number of hits including “I Kissed a Girl”, “Roar”, and “Teenage Dream”. The exact contents of Kesha and Gaga’s text conversation hasn’t been unveiled yet.
