“Some missions are not a choice” – that’s the tagline for “Mission: Impossible – Fallout”. As it hints, the best intentions often come back to haunt you.
In addition to last week’s action-packed trailer, Paramount Pictures has released 9 new character posters from the 6th instalment of “Mission: Impossible”. The anticipated sequel looks to build upon the story told in “Rogue Nation” with Ethan Hunt returning to the spotlight with his IMF team and some familiar allies.
It’s nice to note that 3 women are featured among the 9 posters – it’s certainly counts as progress when it comes to Hollywood. Most of these characters are also armed with their signature weapon, as seen in the trailer.

We’re not entirely sure who Vanessa Kirby and Angela Bassett’s characters are. Their posters feature no conventionally salacious imagery, although Kirby does look like she’s ready to slash a throat or two.
Christopher McQuarrie, who previously helmed “Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation”, returns to write and direct “Mission: Impossible – Fallout”.
