To celebration this occasion, several food franchises have decided to treat Malaysian voters with some yummilicious special offerings. Who doesn’t like being offered free food and drinks right? Once you’ve fulfil your duty as a citizen, go treat yourself by showing your “inked finger” as proof.
1. The BIG Group

3. EPiC Fit Meals Co

“I realised a lot of people around me are not interested in voting. So, I thought to myself, what better way to encourage them than (with) free burgers,” co-founder of EPiC Fit Meals Co. Lai Wick Kee was quoted as saying.
Adopting the tagline, “If you care enough to vote, we care enough to give you a free burger”, all voters can opt to dine-in or take-away a free ‘chummy’ burger. Get your hands on a free burger at either Damansara Perdana, Bandar Sunway, or Mont Kiara between 11am to 10:30pm while stocks last.
4. Dave’s Deli Malaysia

Craving for some dessert? The first 100 dine-in customers at Dave’s Deli will get to enjoy a free brownie. This offer is valid at all outlets nationwide.
5. Eng Chun Bak Kut Teh

If your polling station is located in Klang, then you may as well take the opportunity and enjoy a hearty meal. “I hope that this small token of appreciation will encourage the people, especially those who are coming back from afar,” restaurant owner Yong Jin Ng told New Straits Times. The eatery will be giving out 500 bowls (each bowl cost RM11) at Taman Berkeley and Taman Sentosa.
6. San Francisco Coffee Co.

Slurp on the ultimate Mocha tomorrow! Originally priced at RM17 (regular size), this yummy indulgence will only cost RM10 for one day only.
7. The Frisky Goat Cafe

At The Frisky Goat Cafe, coffee lovers will be entitled to a 50% discount for a cup of coffee at the TTDI outlet. Just remember to show your inked finger 😉
8. D’Legends Bar

If you’re still feeling thirsty, chill out at D’Legends Bar in Taman Tun Dr Ismail. The outlet will be offering free drinks. It’s on the house. Bottoms up, people!
9. Krispy Kreme Doughnuts

For those with sweet tooth cravings, visit Krispy Kreme Doughnuts outlet in Malaysia to enjoy their Election Day Treat. Get 2 free original glazed doughnuts when you purchase any 4 assorted doughnuts.
10. Morganfield’s
Morganfield’s: “Don’t boo ??. Vote ?”.
For 2 days (9th and 10th May), Morganfield’s will be offering its lunch slab Sticky Bones Spare Ribs at RM14 nett (that’s 62% off from RM36.90). There’s a catch though – the offer is only valid when you purchased any main course.
