Ever wondered why wizards and witches aren’t able to apparate or disapparate onto Hogwarts grounds? For those that don’t know, apparition is an ability in the Potterverse that allows wizards to teleport. If you’re familiar with the “Harry Potter” books, you’d know that it is prohibited to apparate into Hogwarts.
“Because the castle’s protected by more than walls, you know. There are all sorts of enchantments on it, to stop people entering by stealth. You can’t just apparate in here,” Hermione tells Ron in the 9th chapter of “Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban”. While the trailer doesn’t go into detail in regards to this aspect, it’s likely that “The Crimes of Grindelwald” will provide some clues and insight into this matter.
