BigHit Entertainment has released the first teaser poster for BTS’ upcoming comeback.
Titled “Love Yourself”, the image features member Jungkook sitting in a wheelchair while holding a bouquet of flowers. The text on it reads, “The direction that my heart points towards, the day that I begin to want to run to that place.”
According to BigHit, “Love Yourself” is a large scale series that will continue on into 2018. This comes after the group’s previous school trilogy, “The Most Beautiful Moment in Life” series, as well as “Wings” and its repackaged version “You Never Walk Alone”.
A source from the agency said, “The released poster is a teaser poster that shows the whole story of the ‘Love Yourself’ series which will be continuing on into next year. Promotions for the new album that’s planned for September will begin on a full scale later on.”
Debuted on 13th June 2013, BTS (방탄소년단) is made up of leader Rap Monster, lead rapper Suga, vocalist V, lead rapper J-Hope, main dancer Jimin, vocalist Jin, and Jungkook. Their debut single, titled “No More Dream”, was very well-received and the hip-hop group proceeded to snag several rookie awards. The widely-popular group recently took home the Top Social Artiste award at the 2017 Billboard Music Awards (BBMAs), making them the first K-Pop group to do so. Besides that, it was recently reported that BTS will include “Beyond The Scene” as their new brand identity.
