He’s finally coming back!
YG Entertainment has confirmed that BIGBANG’s Taeyang (태양) will be releasing his long-awaited solo album, titled “White Night”, on 16th August (Wednesday). The entertainment powerhouse also shared a new teaser image on social media.
Shot in black-and-white, the photo features the 29-year-old “Eyes, Nose, Lips” crooner posing casually in a white shirt and a pair of jeans. He is also seen donning a new platinum blonde look.
A couple of months ago, YG CEO Yang Hyun Suk took to Instagram to tease fans about Taeyang’s comeback. He posted a photo of G-Dragon and Taeyang at the studio, along with the hashtag #TaeyangIsNext.
The singer will be releasing 2 title tracks and music videos for his long-awaited comeback. Moreover, it was reported that Taeyang has participated in all aspects of the production process.
In other news, Taeyang, who is the honorary ambassador for the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics, will be kicking off his solo world tour, titled “White Night”, in Seoul on 26th August. He is also going to be on MBC’s popular reality show “I Live Alone”, where he’ll be revealing his bachelor pad for the first time.
