In celebration of Singapore’s National Day, McDonald’s will be introducing a special menu inspired by local flavours.
The new menu, which includes the Nasi Lemak Burger and Chendol McFlurry, will be made available starting tomorrow (Thursday, 13th July).
The Nasi Lemak Burger (which actually looks really promising) is made up of semolina buns, a coconut-flavoured chicken thigh patty, fried egg, caramelised onions, and cucumber slices topped with spicy sambal sauce. On the other hand, the Chendol McFlurry consists of chendol jelly bits, gula melaka sauce, and vanilla soft serve ice-cream.
Other special food items include coconut pie with nata de coco bits, 3 types of chendol ice-cream cones (chendol melaka cone, chendol melaka twist, and chendol melaka chococone), Bandung McFizz, Kueh Salat Cake, and Pandan Coco Frappé.
Can we get these in Malaysia too please, McDonald’s Malaysia 🙂
