From hip and trendy cafes that serve up creative brews of specialist coffee to rustic coffee shops that serve local Malaysian kopi, it is enjoyed by everyone, everywhere in Malaysia. It’s also encouraging to see that the vibrant coffee culture has been showing promising growth thanks to the country’s urbanisation.

For this upcoming event, visitors will not only get to the opportunity to taste various coffee beans from all over the world but also learn how to whip up a mean cup of hand-brewed coffee. There will be a series of workshops and seminars that will cover topics such as “Introduction to Brewing Skills” and “A Basic Guide for the Home Coffee Drinker”.

That’s not all, the festival will also have several food trucks at the Food Truck Fiesta. Whether it’s the famed LaFamiglia Food Truck serving delicious Italian pastas or the Guac Taco serving authentic nachos, tacos, and burritos, there’s bound to be something for everyone.

In addition, the DOREMi Music Cafe will further accentuate the ambience with open mic performances from some talented musicians.

Speaking of talents, there is also going to be a showdown among the group of Malaysia’s top baristas and latte artists as they compete to claim the winning title of the first ever Malaysia Open Barista Championship and Malaysia Open Latte Art Championship respectively.
