In January, it was reported that South Korean actor Lee Dong Wook will be embarking on an Asia Tour, and fans fervently hoped that Malaysia would be on the list.
Well, the Malaysian leg of the tour hasn’t been confirmed yet, but we have the next best thing – the “Goblin” actor will be visiting Singapore!
The news was announced just today (Friday, 3rd March) by the organisers, IME Singapore. The Asia tour has been aptly named “For My Dear” and is held to thank fans for the love that he has received.
Aside from “Goblin”, the heartthrob has also starred in various popular dramas since 1999, such as “Scent Of A Woman”, “The Fugitive Of Joseon”, and “Hotel King”. He is extremely popular amongst fans, but it wasn’t until 2005 when he got his break as the leading actor in “My Girl”.
Lee Dong Wook has also dabbled in variety shows, taking over Kang Ho Dong’s spot in SBS’ “Strong Heart” in 2012. His next project was the reality show “Roommate” in 2014, followed by 2016’s “My Bodyguard”, a health and fitness variety show.
Event deets are as follows:
- Date: 15th April (Saturday)
- Time: 7:30pm onwards
- Venue: MasterCard Theatres, Marina Bay Sands
- Ticketing Details: TBA
We’ll update you guys with more details as soon as we have ’em! 🙂
