Are you guys all set for Chinese New Year? All ready for the car ride back to your hometown?
Well, Petronas will make your balik kampung journey even better with free coffee and snacks at certain petrol stations! A total of 121 stations along highways, trunk roads, and high-traffic areas will be participating in Petronas Coffee Break and around 600,000 refreshments will be given out to those who are travelling.
Motorists will be able to redeem their free drinks and snacks from 28th to 31st January daily from 2pm onwards, but only while stock lasts. Aside from the freebies, the company will also work together with the Road Safety Department (JKJR) to educate motorist on several road safety tips.
Complimentary health checks will also be given, and if you’re driving a Proton car, a 20-point safety inspection will be offered to you at selected stations. The campaign will be complemented by the sponsorship of St John Ambulance of Malaysia (SJAM), who will be supplying 50 emergency response vehicles with RM20,000 worth of fuel to aid motorists on major highways.
