Will SEVENTEEN (also stylised as SVT) be making a comeback?
That’s the question on every fan’s mouth after the idol group changed their profile and cover photo on their official Facebook page.
The cover photo has been switched to an out-of-focus and simple image, which only has a sentence across it: “Stay tuned for the next story of 17“. Fans are in a frenzy, and have already started speculating about their comeback concept.
However, it has only been 4 months since the group released their 1st full-length studio album, “Love & Letter” and the hip-hop team just made public the music video for their mixtape “Check-in” 2 days ago, so it came as a little surprise to fans. Nevertheless, it’s a good one, as fans are constantly looking forward to new tracks from the “self-producing” group.
SEVENTEEN debuted in 2015 under Pledis Entertainment (responsible for After School, Pledis Girlz, and NU’EST), and was split into 3 different sub-units with different areas of specialisation.
There is the hip-hop unit, consisting of S.Coups, Wonwoo, Mingyu, and Vernon; the vocal unit, which includes Woozi, Jeonghan, Joshua, DK, and Seungkwan; and the performance unit; made up of Hoshi, Jun, The8, and Dino.
