Get ready to party ‘cos Island Music Festival is making its way to Terengganu!

The festival will be held from 21st to 23rd October on the grounds of Coral Redang Resort, Pulau Redang. Dubbing themselves as the place where “island-style hospitality meets the party scene”, Island Music Festival (IMF) 2016 promises a great time of partying with top DJ acts and indie bands from Malaysia and around the world.

Boasting a stellar lineup, revellers who attend IMF 2016 will be able to witness The Leng Sisters (made up of DJ Leng Yein and DJ Leng Sean), Hitz FM’s resident deejay, DJ Skeletor, Malaysian EDM artiste Darren Ashley, local alternative band Jumero, French singer-songwriter Fabrice Morvan (half of the pop duo Milli Vanilli), and more bring the stage down.

Other than the performances, well-known celebrity fashion designer M the Movement will be hailing all the way from Los Angeles, US, to exhibit his latest line of beach wear in a specially curated catwalk runway.

However, the best thing about holding a music festival on the beach is that you’ll be able to go hiking or snorkelling! If the aforementioned activities are too extreme, ‘fret not, you’ll be able to find something that suits you, be it beach volleyball, paddle boarding, yoga, or kayakking. BBQ workshops, DJ workshops, and ice cream workshops will also be held.

For those who wanna attend the festival, doors-only tickets are priced at RM200 for a 1-day entry and RM380 for a 2-day entry. For those who are looking for a place to stay, the organisers have teamed up with nearby hotels to provide you with the best value-for-money promotions.
