Play Club KL is ready to elevate partygoers’ clubbing experience to a whole new level by introducing “PLAY DAY OUT”, in short – PDO.
A “window to the world’s best festivals”, PDO is a party movement created to satisfy the insatiable appetite of party-goers by offering one-of-a-kind experience by sending revellers to iconic music festivals around the globe.
In an effort to spread good music and allow people to discover not just what’s happening on the radio, but also what’s next and what’s up-and-coming, PLAY DAY OUT is Play Club KL’s way of extending their passion and love for the music, and to keep the party spirit going for years to come.
“After 2 years in the clubbing scene, we are ready to spice things up by evolving PLAY – the homegrown club into an all-encompassing lifestyle brand,” said The Roof Director Dax Lee, adding that all music festivals are handpicked by them.
Dax explained, “It must meet the criteria of having world class acts and renowned festival status such as Tomorrowland, Ultra Music Festival, A State of Trance, Coachella, etc. to bring the ultimate festival experience to our party-goers. We will always be on a look out for the most spectacular music festivals and the best clubbing experience to ensure the sustainability of PLAY DAY OUT for years to come.”
The inaugural edition of PDO commenced with ULTRA Korea in June. “Ultra Korea” was lauded as the go-to EDM festival in Asia and is the largest electronic music festival in Korea’s history. Back with its 5th edition from 10th – 12th June 2016 in Seoul, ULTRA Korea was headlined by a staggering line-up that includes Afrojack, Avicii, Axwell^Ingrosso, and Martin Garrix.

The 2nd PDO flyaway continued with an expense paid trip to catch Rihanna live in London on the 24th June – courtesy of Universal Music Malaysia. Having released her 8th studio album, titled “ANTI” with lead single “Work” featuring Drake; Rihanna, one of the biggest music and entertainment icon of our time, kicked off the European leg of “THE ANTI WORLD TOUR” at the iconic Wembley Stadium, London.
The party don’t stop and PDO is back with sending more revellers to have a taste of international music festivals and this time around with Ultra Bali in mid September.
Set to rock the Petitenget beachfront of Potato Head Beach Club, the Bali leg of the world-renowned electronic music festival will once again deliver three diverse stages, giving local and international EDM fans the time of their lives.
In order to stand a chance to win a PLAY DAY OUT flyaway, PLAY visitors must purchase the selected bottle packages. Each purchase entitles one PDO coupon to be dropped at the dedicated box located at PLAY’s entrance for a draw during the respective closing parties.
