#Proton: Car Manufacturer Introduces Mobile App For Customers' Convenience

Wanna schedule a test drive session or service appointment with Proton?

It just got easier, as Proton Holdings Berhad has just launched their new mobile application, MyProton, which enables you to schedule a service appointment, test drive session, access a loan calculator, and more.

Aside from the aforementioned functions, the app, which was introduced yesterday (Monday, 8th August), also allows users to contact the brand’s mobile assist call centre for vehicle-related assistance, gives updates on current promotions and events, and provides information on all of Proton’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube). In short, it is a one-stop station for anyone interested in buying a Proton car or is already an owner of one.

Proton CEO Datuk Ahmad Fuaad explained that the move was to “reach and update as well as to service” their customers better in this age and day, where everyone is living in a highly connected environment. He also said that in upcoming updates for the app, customers will be able to look forward to several more functions, such as the ability to check their car booking statuses, car service histories, and reminders for their next car services.
