The adventure in the wizarding world continues.
Warner Bros. has officially confirmed that the sequel of “Fantastic Beasts & Where To Find Them” will be released in November 2018! The news came after British author J.K. Rowling finished writing the script for the 2nd movie.

Warner Bros. has also confirmed that David Yates will return to direct the sequel. No plot details for the film have been confirmed yet, but the studio did give us a small description:
“The 2nd ‘Fantastic Beasts’ movie moves deeper into an increasingly dark time for the wizarding world, where Newt Scamander and our other heroes have to decide on their allegiances.”
“Fantastic Beasts & Where To Find Them” is based on J.K. Rowling’s original script and it is set in New York City during the 1920s, which is about 70 years before the events of “Harry Potter” aka “The Boy Who Lived”. The story follows the adventures of a distinguished Magiczoologist known as Newt Scamander (played by Eddie Redmayme) and it features the wizarding community in the US.

The sequel is slated for release on 16th November 2018 while the first “Fantastic Beasts & Where To Find Them” will premiere on 18th November 2016.
Meanwhile, the script book for “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child”, which was dropped a few days ago (Sunday, 31st July), should be enough to keep you excited until then.
