Good news K-Pop fans!

Time to wash away your Monday blues with these new music videos that was released earlier today by some of your favourite South Korean artistes:

1. TWICE – “CHEER UP”

YouTube video

The 9 girls of TWICE (트와이스) have finally unveiled their music video for their 2nd mini-album “Page Two”. Their title track, “CHEER UP”, is a bubblegum-pop dance song written and composed by Sam Lewis and Black Eyed Pilseung (from the girls’ debut track “Like Ooh Ahh”), and arranged by Rado. The music video features the girls in different movie concepts such as “Sailor Moon”, spies, and cowgirls.

The mini-album consists of 7 tracks and it comes in 2 cover versions with a photobook, garland, lenticular card, folder, photo cards, and posters. 30,000 copies will have the package sleeve designed by TWICE’s Chae Young including a special edition poster and sticker.

2. SEVENTEEN – “Pretty U”

YouTube video

The boys of SEVENTEEN (세븐틴) are finally back with their 1st full-length studio album titled “Love & Letter”. This time, the idol group will be singing about how “Pretty U” (예쁘다) are through an upbeat and energetic pop song. “Pretty U” is about young innocent love that tells the story of a boy’s feelings for a girl. You can also see the boys showing off their exciting teenage life through the fun music video.

Like their previous mini-album, the members of the group were involved in the production of the album, including writing and choreographing. “Love & Letter” will have 10 tracks in total which will include their debut songs “Mansae” and “Adore U”.

3. Lovelyz – “Destiny”

YouTube video

“Destiny” (나의 지구) is the latest title track for Lovelyz’s (러블리즈) latest album “A New Trilogy”. The song is written by Onepiece, a composing team lead by singer and producer Yoon Sang, who previously worked with the girls on “Ah-Choo” and “Candy Jelly Love”. The new track shows a more mature side of the girl group and it is a tearful song about one-sided love.

“A New Trilogy” will include 7 songs and it is the first part of a 3-part series. This means that we will be seeing more of Lovelyz very soon!

Which is your favourite music video of all? Which comeback are you looking forward to most? Let us know in the comment box below! 🙂
