The force is strong with us today because Walt Disney Pictures released their first teaser preview for “Star Wars: Rogue One”!
The teaser preview doesn’t tell us much, as it is just a preview for the trailer release tomorrow on Good Morning America. In the 10-second preview, you will see a group of Shadow troopers against an explosion / building on fire.
According to /FILM, the plot of the new “Star Wars” movie is going to be set during the “A New Hope” (Episode 4) era and it will be a heist movie about a group of bounty hunters hired by the rebel alliance to try to steal the plans to the Empire’s greatest weapon – the Death Star. This will also be the first “Star Wars” spin-off film.

It’s out! Check out the first official teaser trailer for Rogue One, which takes place before the events of “Star Wars: A New Hope”.
“Rogue One” is directed by Gareth Edwards, produced by Kathleen Kennedy, Allison Shearmur, and Simon Emanuel, executive produced by John Knoll and Jason McGatlin, and co-produced by John Swartz and Kiri Hart.
