A bundle of trouble is coming.
It’s common knowledge that storks are associated with carrying babies. What happens when they are no longer delivering babies but delivering packages for an online retailer instead? That’s basically what the animated comedy film “Storks” is about.
The official synopsis for “Storks” is as follows:
“Storks deliver babies…or at least they used to. Now they deliver packages for global internet giant Cornerstore.com. Junior, the company’s top delivery stork, is about to be promoted when he accidentally activates the Baby Making Machine, producing an adorable and wholly unauthorised baby girl. Desperate to deliver this bundle of trouble before the boss gets wise, Junior and his friend Tulip, the only human on Stork Mountain, race to make their first-ever baby drop – in a wild and revealing journey that could make more than one family whole and restore the storks’ true mission in the world.”
Directed by Nicholas Stoller (“Neighbors”, “Forgetting Sarah Marshall”) and Doug Sweetland, the voice cast includes Andy Samberg as the voice of Junior, the company’s top delivery stock while Kelsey Grammer voices the CEO of that company, Hunter. “The Lego Movie” directors Phil Lord and Chris Miller serve as executive producers alongside Glenn Ficarra, John Requa, and Jared Stern.
