Avid sneaker heads are expected to get real busy come 17th March when adidas Originals drops the new selection of their latest NMD collection.

The collection first made waves during its premier launch in December 2015, selling out almost instantaneously across the globe. Limited colourways have since been launched including the NMD_R1 but fans can expect a wider selection of tones and silhouettes, as well as a range for ladies this Thursday (17th March 2016).

adidas Originals NMD_CS1 - City Sock

adidas Originals debuts a brand new mid-cut iteration of the NMD model – the NMD City Sock. The NMD_CS1 is inspired in equal parts by contemporary functional designs and high-fashion sensibilities, while using a sock-fit Primeknit textile upper in a clean striped motif atop a full-length BOOST midsole with referential EVA inserts. It’s a bold variation on the NMD philosophy that elevates the shoe’s stylistic elements through uncompromised technical drive.

  • Product Release Date: 17th March 2016
  • Retail Price: RM750

adidas Originals NMD Runner_R1 – City Pack

Making its way in X new colourways for men and women is the NMD Runner City Pack. The shoe blends the progressive design of the NMD Runner with adidas Originals’ most forward-thinking technical elements, constructing the upper from lightweight mesh textile in an all-over noise graphic with welded tape structural overlays, finished with tonal three-stripes atop the shoe’s distinctive midsole with EVA inserts.

  • Product Release Date: 17th March 2016
  • Retail Price: RM490
  • Available at: adidas Originals Concept Stores – KLCC, Pavilion & Sunway Pyramid, Sole What (One Utama) & Crossover (Mid Valley Megamall) and shop.adidas.com.my

adidas Originals NMD Runner_R1 – Details Pack

adidas Originals gives the NMD_R1 a full aesthetic revision for a brand new women’s footwear pack that accentuates the pioneer silhouette’s clean stylistic qualities.
Constructed from a mixture of premium suede and peached jersey textile, the shoe is offset by a vegetable-tanned leather heel patch and copper midsole plug to add a subtle pop to the design, sat atop the shoe’s signature Boost sole unit. Offered in tonal black and burgundy colourways, the result is a release that champions the NMD_R1 as a technical model with undeniable everyday appeal.
