Popular online marketplace 11street announced that it will be organising its first annual celebration event called “LOVE 11” for the public on 11th November (Wednesday).
The special celebration will offer significant giveaways worth RM1.1 million in total, along with celebrity stage performance by Korean entertainer HaHa, and a series of exciting programmes starting from 12pm at LOT 10 shopping complex, Kuala Lumpur.
In a press statement, 11street CEO Hoseok Kim said:
We are thrilled to select 11th November as a day to celebrate and to give back to Malaysian shoppers.
He further explained, “In fact, 11th November does not only refer nicely to our brand name, it is a day that 11ST Korea celebrates annually by rewarding their customers with great benefits because in Korea, 11th November is popularly known as a day where people show affection to their loved ones through the gesture of exchanging Pepero.”
Kim added:
As such, we see today as the perfect day to host our very first “LOVE 11” celebration, where we will be announcing major and future benefits for our customers.
According to Kim, they will be giving away prizes, gifts, and shopping credits on this special day. The event will also be distributing 11,000 boxes of Pepero as its shape resembles number “1” and is symbolic to 11street.
With the growing popularity of Korean culture in Malaysia, what better way is there for 11street to thank its customers than with a special appearance by Korean entertainer, HaHa.
Best known for co-hosting popular Korean variety show “Running Man”, HaHa will be performing at the “LOVE 11” celebration. Fans will also be given a chance to meet and have a photo session with him.
Upcoming Malaysian actress and 11street’s brand ambassador Emily Chan will be there to join in the fun and witness the “LOVE 11” celebration at LOT 10 shopping complex
Public will stand a chance to receive a total RM1.1 million worth of gifts, prizes and discounts which include the 11 attractive prizes from the “Snap and Win” contest, lucky draw, as well as the gifts giving out at the booths by participating brands such as SONY, Samsung, Kinohimitsu, K-market, BONIA, Lenovo, SASA, NESCAFÉ, Thermos, and WindRider.
“LOVE 11” celebration will also see 3 lucky winners from its “11street Genie” campaign to have their dreams fulfilled on 11th November – be it exploring the world, visiting Korea, or getting a make-over for your house or extensive grocery supplies.
Last but not least, Maybank, the exclusive bank partner of the event, will offer 500 pieces of 15% discount coupons everyday to Maybank card users who shop at 11street from 1st November until 30th November.
