Yesterday, Samsung officially announced the Galaxy S6 edge Iron Man Limited Edition.

You read right. Iron Man.



The Galaxy S6 edge Iron Man Limited Edition is a result of the collaboration between Samsung and Marvel, and is specially designed for Iron Man fans.

Upon the announcement, Samsung Electronics’ Executive Vice Preisdent of Global Marketing, IT & Mobile Division Younghee Lee said:

We are excited to be able to offer our world-class Galaxy S6 edge smartphone designed especially for Iron Man fans through our continued collaboration with Marvel. The limited edition Iron Man Galaxy S6 edge embodies the power of the iconic Avenger with a dual-curved edge design and advanced features that will provide Marvel fans with the ultimate entertainment experience.

As expected, this particular model comes with a red and gold theme. A decal of Iron Man’s face is also printed on the back of the phone. Take a look:

The Samsung Iron Man package also includes a limited edition wireless charger accessory with an appropriate Tony Stark arc reactor graphic included on top and a clear cover. This Galaxy S6 edge smartphone also has a custom Avengers theme pre-installed. However, do note that the Galaxy S6 edge Iron Man Limited Edition only comes with 64GB internal storage.

Samsung confirmed that the phone will be available for purchase in Korea today, and that it will soon be made available in China and Hong Kong in a limited release.
